基于任务需求的装备维修人员配置优化

摘    要:针对当前装备维修人员配置存在一定的滞后性和不确定性,提出基于任务需求的装备维修人员确定方法。从维修人员确定过程、维修任务需求分析和维修人员确定原则3个方面对维修人员配置进行分析;在此基础上,分别提出维修人员类别确定方法和维修人员数量确定模型,采用Agent仿真优化的方式得到装备维修人员配置最优解;并以某建制单位为例进行实例分析。结果表明:该方法是合理、可行的,可为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the certain lag and uncertainty of equipment serviceman configuration, put forward an equipment serviceman determine method based on mission requirements. Analyze serviceman configuration in three aspects: the deterministic process of serviceman, maintenance mission requirements analysis, and the determining principle of serviceman. Secondly, on the basis of analysis of the serviceman configuration, respectively proposing the serviceman category determine method and the serviceman number determine model, Using Agent simulation optimization to get the optimal solutions of equipment serviceman configuration. Verify the method by unit application. Finally, the result shows the method is feasibly and rationally. It can give reference for related research.
