高新装备军民融合维修保障风险评估方法

摘    要:为提高军民融合维修保障风险管理能力,在识别高新装备军民融合维修保障中存在的各类风险基础上,构建了基于TFN-AHP的高新装备军民融合维修保障风险评估流程。提出在传统AHP权重确定过程中引入三角模糊数的 TNF-AHP 进行风险评估的方法,并以某型装备军民融合维修保障为例进行了演示验证。该方法能够减少评价者打分时的个人影响,提高风险评估判断矩阵的合理性和可信性。

Abstract:In order to raise the risk management ability of military-civilian integration maintenance support, all kinds of the risk factors are indentified, and the flow of the risk evaluation is constructed. Then TFN-AHP method is put forward to evaluate the risk through introducing the trigonometry fuzzy number (TFN) in the process of determining the weight. And this method is verified to be good and effective to equipment risk evaluation by an example of artillery military-civilian integration maintenance support. The method can greatly reduce personal influence of evaluation and improve the rationality and reliability of equipment risk evaluation.
