摘    要:上海某炼胶厂一车间建于20世纪80年代,由南向北并排五跨,屋盖以下采用钢筋混凝土柱、吊车梁等常规作法,但屋架排列很密,为非预应力钢筋混凝土折线形屋架,整体浇筑的钢筋混凝土板直接覆盖在屋架上,为满足采光要求,部分屋架上增设了天窗,其中南边跨的12m钢筋混凝土屋架于2003年5月塌落。事后分析,造成此次事故的主要原因是,天窗范围内除屋面板外,只剩单独的上弦杆,该杆长细比大,压力作用下承载力大幅度下降,最后压杆失稳导致事故发生。

Abstract:No.1 workshop of Shanghai Rubber Plant had five spans from south to north. The roof trusses were arranged densely. In order to meet the requirement of the natural light, several skylights were added on the roof trusses. The 12m reinforced concrete roof truss located at the south side was collapsed in May 2003. According to analysis, the reason resulting in the accident is that, besides the skylights, the pressure bar lost its stability because the ratio of length to diameter was very large, and the bearing capacity was decreased rapidly under the pressure.
