基于CAT技术的液压泵性能测试系统

摘    要:为了准确评估液压泵的性能,为优化结构设计、提高工艺水平和促进产品升级提供指导性意见,同时提高性能测试的效率和准确度,设计了基于CAT(Computer Aided Testing,计算机辅助测试)技术的液压泵性能测试系统。对拖动及调速系统、超载试验系统和阶跃加载系统进行了原理设计和元件选型,继而完成了液压系统的整体原理设计。分别通过LabVIEW软件和工控机、PLC、数据采集卡及各类传感器实现CAT系统的软硬件设计。通过分析被测泵的效率试验曲线证明该液压泵性能测试系统的设计是合理的。CAT技术在液压泵性能测试系统上的应用,提高了试验过程的自动化和智能化水平以及测试效率和精度。

Abstract:In order to assess the performance of hydraulic pumps accurately,provide guidance for optimizing the structure,improve the technological level and upgrade products,the paper designed the hydraulic pump performance test system based on the CAT(Computer Aided Testing) technology.First,by designing the hydraulic principle and selecting components of the driving system,overload system and step-load system,then completed the integral hydraulic principle design of the hydraulic system.By using LabVIEW software and industrial computer,PLC,data acquisition cards as well as various types of sensors to design the software and hardware of the CAT system.The efficiency curves of the testing pump proved that the pump performance test system is reasonable.The application on the hydraulic pump performance test system of CAT technology has improved the automation and intelligent level of the test process as well as the test efficiency and accuracy.
