中性氧化铝上1-己烯与硫化氢反应的初步研究

摘    要:探讨了在高压釜中,反应温度对中性氧化铝上1-己烯与硫化氢反应的影响。结果表明,在中性氧化铝载体上,非临氢条件下,1-己烯与硫化氢反应随着温度升高,生成硫醇浓度越来越高,总硫浓度也是随温度升高呈增大趋势。1-己烯与硫化氢反应还会生成正己烷和2-己烯以及3-己烯等烃类化合物。随着温度升高,反应体系中1-己烯的质量分数逐渐减少,正己烷和2-己烯的质量分数逐渐增大,3-己烯的质量分数随着温度的升高先增大后趋于平稳。温度的升高促进硫醇及其它硫化物的生成,同时还会促进1-己烯的饱和及异构化反应。

Abstract:The effect of reaction temperatre on the reaction of 1-hexene and hydrogen sulfide over Al2O3 was detected.It was revealed that the concentration of mercaptan and other sulfur compounds,which were produced by reaction between 1-hexene and hydrogen sulfide without hydrogen,increased with reaction temperature increasing.The hydrocarbon compounds include hexane,2-hexene and 3-hexene which could be produced from 1-hexene.In the reaction system,the mass proportion of 1-hexene decreased with reaction temperature increasing,the mass proportion of 2-hexene and hexane increased with reaction temperature increasing,the mass proportion of 3-hexene firstly increased and then stablized with reaction temperature increasing.Increasing reaction temperature can not only promote the formation of mercaptan and other sulfide compounds,but promote hydrogenation and isomerization reaction of 1-hexene.
