刍议完善我国高等教育成本分担制度

我国高等教育已经从精英化阶段步入大众化阶段，但办学经费不足一直是制约高等教育持续发展的瓶颈。现行的高等教育成本分担制度虽取得一定成效，但在目前经济发展水平条件下，高校经费紧张状况依然严重，因此，迫切需要进一步拓宽投资渠道，完善高等教育多元化投资体制，从而实现高等教育的可持续发展。本文在对我国现行高等教育成本分担制度进行问题表征的基础上，提出了几点建议。

Analysis of the Cost Share of Higher Education and Education Fairness

The higher education of our country has already marched from the period of elites into the period of ordinary people. However, the constraint of insufficient funds has been the bottleneck of sustainable development in higher education. Although the present cost share system of higher education has obtained certain results, the intense condition of university funds＇ shortage is still serious to the level of economic development in current situations. Therefore, it is quite urgent to broaden the investment ways and improve the diversification of the investment system of higher education in order to accelerate and achieve the sustainable development of higher education. This thesis puts forward several proposals on the basis of the problem representations on our country＇ s current cost share system of higher education.
