H桥型高压变频器输出滤波器设计

针对高压大功率变频器直流母线电压高、输出du/dt较大,及其对电机负载的绝缘造成危害,设计了H桥型变频器的输出滤波器.介绍了H桥型高压变频器的主电路结构,分析了该变频器的单相等效电路及输入输出传递函数.在考虑截止频率、输出压降、功率因数以及输出侧短路保护等因素的基础上,对输出LC滤波器的参数进行了计算.试验结果验证了所设计的滤波器合理,其输出性能良好.

Design of Output Filter for High Voltage Inverter Based on H-bridge

The output filter for H-bridge converter is proposed which is aimed at the danger caused by high DC bus voltage, high output du/dt and its damage to insulation of motor load.This paper introduces the main circuit structure of H-bridge high voltage converter,analyses its single-phase equivalent circuit and input/output transfer function/The parameters of output LC filter are calculated by considering cut-off frequency, output voltage descent, power factor and short circuit protection for the output.The experimental results testify that the filter designed is reasonable and its output performance is perfect.
