摘    要:目的研究水解酸化-二段生物接触氧化工艺对城市污水的处理效果以及影响因素.方法采用人工配水,通过小试试验,研究水解酸化-二段生物接触氧化工艺对城市污水中的悬浮物、有机污染物、氨氮等去除效果,以及水力停留时间、内回流比、污泥负荷等对处理效果的影响.结果水力停留时间对有机物的去除影响较大,内回流比对NH4^+ -N的去除有一定的影响,对TP的去除基本没有影响.在水温为19~26℃的常温条件下,当水力停留时间为6h,回流比为100%时,CoD的去除率在82%以上,BOD,去除率在89%以上、SS去除率在89%以上,NH4^+ -N的去除率在59%以上,TP去除率在53%,出水水质接近《城市杂用水水质标准》(GB/T18920—2002).结论水解酸化-二段生物接触氧化法处理城市生活污水具有较好的效果,出水经进一步处理后可以作为城市杂用水,适合中水回用工程的实际应用.

Abstract:This paper aimed to study disposal effect of the process of hydrolyzation acidification and two- stage bio-contact alone with its influence factors. The method of the study was that Lab-scale experiments were conducted with artificial waste water to investigate the effect of hydrolyzation acidification and two- stage bio-contact process in removing suspended matters, organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, etc in domestic sewage. The influences of hydraulic retention time,internal recycle ratio and sludge load on the treatment effect in this process were also investigated. Hydraulic retention time had a relatively big influence on the removal of organic pollutants, while internal recycle ratio affected the removal of NH4^+ - N, but did not have much to do with the removal of TP. Under normal temperature of 19 -26℃, with HRT 6h, internal recycle ratio 100%, the removal efficiency of COD reached 82%, and BOD5 89%, SS 89%, NH4^+ -N 59% or above, and 53% TP were removed. The quality of treated water can basically meet the requirements of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/ T18920 -2002). The results of the study showed that the process of hydrolyzation acidifications and two-stage bio-contact has a preferable effect in domestic sewage treatment and could be used as municipal water after some advanced treatment processes. Consequently, this process is suitable for the engineering of wastewater reuse system.
