铅试金法测定高锑铋物料中的金

摘    要:采用常规铅试金法测定锑铋物料中的金,当锑、铋质量分数高于15%时,二者均易进入铅扣中,影响灰吹,导致测定结果准确度差。实验采用氯化亚锡还原金,盐酸分离锑、铋,建立了铅试金法测定高锑铋物料中金的方法。实验考察了盐酸、氯化亚锡及配料用量。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差低于1. 95%,加入标准物质回收率为97. 4%~103. 0%,精密度好,准确度高,满足高锑铋物料中金量的测定。

Abstract:In the process of gold determination in high antimony and bismuth content materials by conventional lead fire assay,the determination accuracy is poor when the antimony and bismuth mass fraction is over 15 % because antimony and bismuth go into lead button and influence cupellation.The experiment uses stannous chloride for gold reduction and hydrochloric acid for antimony and bismuth separation,and establishes the method of gold determination in high antimony and bismuth content materials by lead fire assay. The experiment investigates the dosage of stannous chloride,hydrochloric acid and auxiliaries. The RSD of the determination results is below 1.95 % and the recovery rate of reference material is 97.4 %-103.0 %.The precision and accuracy are good,meeting the requirement of gold determination in complex high antimony and bismuth content material.
