摘    要:针对金创公司齐沟矿区矿体产出多、小、散及较低生产水平形成的“小矿小开”开采模式导致矿山生产效率低,且阻碍矿山的可持续发展等一系列生产问题,结合矿山生产实际,对矿区各矿段资源进行整合开采,从集约化生产的角度提出了区域矿山生产理念。运用该理念系统地对齐沟矿区运输、提升系统进行优化改造,并在原通风、排水系统基础上对其进行了相应优化,使矿山各矿段生产联系更紧密。工程实践应用表明:区域矿山生产理念可有效解决矿山“小矿小开”的生产现状,降低管理运营成本,提高生产效率,可为相似矿山的生产与发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:The "small mine,small-scale mining" mining mode resulting from the ore body output characterized by many,small and scattered and the low production level in the Qigou mining area of Jinchuang company has led to a series of production problems such as low production efficiency and hindered sustainable development of the mine.Based on mine production practice,the study integrated and mined the resources from each ore section,from the perspective of intensive production,put forward the concept of regional mine production.The concept systematically optimized and renovated the transportation and lifting system of the Qigou mining area,and the design based on the original ventilation and drainage system,so that the production links of the mine sections are more connected.Practical application shows that this regional mine production concept can effectively solve the "small mine,small-scale mining" production status of the mine,reduce the management and operation costs,improve the production efficiency,and provide reference for the production and development of similar mines.
