摘    要:磨辊磨损是使磨粉机失效的重要原因。磨辊磨损受诸多因素影响,结合国内外对磨粉机磨辊磨损的研究结果,综述了小麦软颗粒致使磨辊磨损的机理,分别从磨料特性、磨辊特性以及工作条件指出磨辊磨损的影响因素,并对减磨技术进行阐述,为研究磨粉机磨辊磨损和减磨技术提供参考。

Abstract:Roller wear is an important cause of pilverizer failure. Roller wear is affected by many factors. In this paper, combined with the research on the abrasion of grinding roller, the wear mechanism of the soft roller caused by the soft particles of wheat was reviewed. The paper points out the influencing factors of the grinding roller wear from the characteristics of abrasive and grinding roller as well as the working conditions, and expounds the antifriction technology, which provides a reference for the study of the grinding and wear reduction technology of the grinding machine.
