门立柱自动焊内撑工装设计

摘    要:为了保证门立柱焊接后不扭曲变形,需设计一套门立柱焊接整形工装。门立柱在焊接过程中出现焊瘤、焊穿及未焊透等焊接缺陷,经过多种焊接试验方法比较,发现设计门立柱专用内撑工装,门立柱焊接质量得到提升,门立柱产品焊缝外观检测、渗透检测、宏观金相检测均符合客户要求。试验结果表明,经过结构优化的门立柱专用内撑工装,且采用机器人自动焊,易脱模、焊接变形小、效率高、焊接质量稳定。

Abstract:Welding distortion occurred after the welding of door pillar and welding defects such as weld flash, weld penetration and non-penetration also formed. For this purpose, a set of door pillar welding and shaping tool was designed. Based on a variety of welding tests, it was found that the welding quality of the door pillar was improved after the special inner support tooling designed for the door pillar was adopted. Weld appearance inspection, penetration inspection, and macroscopic metallographic inspection of the door pillar all met the requirements of customers. The test results showed that the door pillar was easy to release the mold, had small welding deformation, the welding was high efficiency with stable quality when structure-optimized special inner support tooling and robotic automatic welding were adopted.
