油菜籽绿色加工技术研究进展

摘    要:油菜籽绿色加工技术在油菜产业中拥有广阔的前景。结合油菜籽传统加工工艺,介绍了目前国内外关于微波、脉冲电场、脱壳、冷榨技术、水酶法、CO2超临界萃取、低温绿色精炼技术等加工技术以及副产物利用的研究进展,并对其应用前景做出展望。

Abstract:Green processing technology has wide prospects in rapeseed industry. The research progress of process technologies including microwave, pulsed electric field, shelling, cold pressing, enzymatic hydrolysis, supercritical CO2 extraction, low temperature green refining combined with the utilization of by-products at home and abroad were introduced, and their application prospects were further prospected.
