摘    要:谐波源的准确辨识对推动谐波奖惩机制的有效实施和谐波治理具有重要的意义。随着电网中多谐波源共存的情况日益普遍,一次针对单个谐波源进行辨识的研究思路已不再适用。为此,从多谐波源定位和谐波责任量化区分2个方面入手,对国内外的研究现状进行了归纳与总结。首先,介绍了谐波状态估计的数学模型以及应用该理论进行多谐波源定位的基本原理和具体方法,并指出这些方法存在的局限性;其次,在定义谐波责任指标的基础上,分2类研究场景梳理了多谐波源谐波责任的量化区分方法,并对相关研究的共性问题进行了分析;然后,结合电力电子化配电网中谐波呈现的动态时变特征,阐述了解决上述问题的最新研究进展;最后,提出该领域目前所面临的挑战,对未来需要深入探究的方向做出了展望。

Abstract:The accurate identification of harmonic sources is of great significance to the effective implementation of harmonic reward and punishment mechanism and harmonic control. With the coexistence of multiple harmonic sources in the power grid becoming increasingly common, the idea of identifying a single harmonic source at one time is no longer applicable. Therefore, the research status at home and abroad is summarized from two aspects of multiple harmonic sources location and harmonic responsibility quantitative determination. Firstly, the mathematical model of harmonic state estimation is introduced. The basic principle and specific methods of multiple harmonic sources location based on harmonic state estimation are expounded, and the limitations of these methods are also pointed out. Besides, on the basis of the definition of harmonic contribution index, the quantitative determination methods in two kinds of scenarios for harmonic responsibility of multiple harmonic sources are sorted out, and the common problems of related research are analyzed. In addition, combining with the dynamic time-varying characteristics of harmonics in the power electronics dominated distribution network, the latest research progress to solve the above problems is presented. Finally, the current challenges in this field are proposed and the future directions of further studies are prospected.
