摘    要:文中基于某款纯电动汽车整车控制器的功能定义,在Simulink软件中搭建整车控制器的功能仿真模型,利用Simulink Test功能为整车控制器模型搭建了Test Harness。通过深度模拟驾驶员操作信号对Test Sequence仿真模块进行编程以作为信号发生器,并针对功能模型进行模型在环测试。最后,将验证调试后的模型编译为C代码并下载到硬件环境中进行实车测试。实践表明,模型在环测试能够有效帮助研发人员在整车控制器的研发早期阶段发现问题并解决问题,可缩短开发时间,确保功能安全。

Abstract:Based on the function definition of the whole vehicle controller of a pure electric vehicle, in this paper the function simulation model of the whole vehicle controller is established in Simulink software and the Test Harness of the whole vehicle controller model is built by using the function of SimulinkTest. The Test Sequence simulation module is programmed as signal generator by deeply simulating operation signal of the driver. And the model is tested in loop according to the functional model. Finally, the verified and debugged model is compiled into C code and downloaded to the hardware environment for real test. Practice shows that the model-in-the-loop test can effectively help the personnel to find and solve problems at the early stage of vehicle controller development, shorten development time and ensure functional safety.
