| 摘 要： | 大规模生产模式下的供应链管理是线性的，其集成方式是从上至下垂直式的，由于中间环节过多，导致客户需求信息和供应商输入信息不充分，不及时，随着制造业生产模式的进步和信息技术的发展，给传统供应链管理带来了新的变化，本文首先叙述了原有生产模式下供应链管理的缺陷，然后分析了在大规模定制生产下供应链管理的变化。

| Abstract: | Traditional supply chain management utilized traditional media and channels to link firms in linear,inefficient relationships. In the industrial era, most manufacturing companies were vertically integrated,owning their own sources of supply and channels of distribution. The new idea of manufactory is that mass customization and current technological revolution is creating new opportunities for further improvements in supply chain management. This paper discusses disadvantages of traditional supply chain management and analyzes the changes coming in the current supply chain management. |
