云锡摇床的运动特性和矿粒在床面上纵向运动的平均速度

摘    要:本文采用基本杆组分析法,利用电算程序计算出摇床在一个运动周期内各个瞬时的床面位移、速度和加速度值,绘制了床面运动特性曲线.并根据物料滑行运动的理论,求得了矿粒相对床面纵向运动的平均速度,列表并分析说明了摇床头机构尺寸对矿粒运动速度的影响,并认为该速度越大,则床面运动的非对称性越强,性能越好,从而为合理选择摇床头的结构参数提供了又一依据.

Abstract:By means of the analytical method of basic rod group and a computer program,the desk displacement,velocity and acceleration of a shaking table at any moment in a cycle are presented in this paper,and the motinal characteristic of the desk is also given. According to the sliding theory of discrete material,the mean longitudinal relative velocity of the min- eral particles to the desk is obtained,and the influence of the drive set dimensions on the mean velocity is shown in a table and analysed.The conclusion is that the higher the velocity described above,the more obvoious the unsymmetrical characteristic of the desk motion and the better the property of the shaking table,all of which provide another reliable basis for selecting the proper constructional parameters of a drive set.
