| 摘 要： | 针对目前严重的建筑能耗问题，从建筑节能现状出发，研究了建筑节能在我国的可持续发展应用。在现今建筑物围护结构的新技术和建筑新能源开发利用等方面有针对性的提出各种节能措施。研究结果表明各种措施均不同程度的达到节能的效果，说明了其节能的有效性。该研究内容为实际建筑工程的节能控制提供了理论依据，对推动我国建筑节能的可持续发展具有较强的现实意义。
