坦克履带板疲劳裂纹分形维数随裂纹扩展的变化规律

摘    要:ZGMn13是主战坦克履带板材料,研究其断裂性能对提高坦克的战技水平意义重大。本文用扫描电镜( SEM)对有疲劳裂纹试件按确定位置进行拍照,经编程处理后得到裂纹轮廓线,采用垂直剖面法测量其分形维数,通过研究分形维数随裂纹扩展的变化规律,最终确定在每个试件疲劳裂纹的中间位置其分形维数最大。

Abstract:ZGMn13 is a kind of material extensively used in tank tracks, so an investigation of its fracture property is of significance for improving tank performance. Digital images on specific positions of fatigue crack in specimens are taken by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Crack profiles are obtained by an image processing technique. The fractal dimensions of each crack profile are measured by fracture profile method(FPM). It is found that the fractal dimensions vary with crack extension, and the maximum fractal dimension is in the middle area of each fatigue crack.
