智能式矿山多参数测定仪的研究

摘    要:为测定矿井风速、风量、煤层透气系数、煤层钻孔瓦斯流速、流量及煤层钻孔抽 (排 )放瓦斯影响半径等多种参数 ,采用MCS - 51系列单片机的 80C31为微控制核心 ,一机多能 ,构成数据采集、处理和显示输出等过程的准确、快速和自动的智能化仪器。可广泛应用于煤炭、冶金等行业 ,也可用于采暖通风、空气调节和煤层气开发等行业。

Abstract:To accurately, quick and automatically determine the airflow velocity and airflow rate in a tunnel, gas permeability of coalseam, gas flow velocity and flow rate in a borehole as well as the influencing radius of borehole due to gas drainage from coalseam, intelligent instruments have been successfully developed based on single chip microcontroller 80C31 that can be used to achieve data collection, analysis and display output. The multi parameter instruments can be widelly used in coal industry, metallurgical industry, air condition and ventilation and exploitation of coal gas, etc.
