关于曲柄摇杆机构最小传动角的研究和见解

摘    要:本文建立了曲柄摇杆机构最小传动角γ_(min)与摇杆摆角、极位夹角θ和在辅助圆周上曲柄回转中心的位置参数β之间的函数关系式;分析了上述三个参数对最小传动角的影响;用求极值的方法推出了γ_(min)最大时所对应的β、、θ值的确定方法;最后得出了γ_(min)≥40°或50°时,θ必须小于25.12°或15.23°等四个结论。

Abstract:This article presents the relationship of functions among minimum transmission angle γmin ofcrank-rocker mechanism, rocker swinging angle , angle between two limiting posltions θ,and the posltionporameter βof the center of crank rotating on the auxiliary circle,and also analyses the ififluence of theabove motioned three parameters upon the minimum transmission angle γmin , It has also worked out thecaloulating method of coresponding values of β、、θ under maximum γmin by using the method of evaluatingthe limit value, Asd eventually, it has drawn the four conclusions that when γmin≥40°or 50°,θ must beless than 25.12°or 15.23° , etc.
