| 摘 要： | 研究可雇佣性框架模型与素质教育的内涵,提出了符合社会需求和自身发展的人才培养规格,并以此为基础构建知识能力素质教育一体化的专业培养方案,力求实现将能力培养和素质教育落实到课堂教学和实践教学全过程。这种人才培养方案能较好地体现社会需求的目标和贯穿全面素质教育的理念。
