| 摘 要： | 从宏观和微观两方面,对我国对外贸易中存在的非正常低价的成因进行分析,阐述了非正常低价竞销给国家和企业带来的负面影响,对如何控制非正常低价行为进行探讨,提出了相应的建议,如优化产业结构和关税结构、集约化经营、打造品牌、完善法律制度、发展产业集群等。

| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the causes of the abnormal low price phenomenon in foreign trade in China from both micro and macro perspectives, expounds the negative effects of the abnormal low price competition on China and its enterprises, and puts forward relevant suggestions on controlling it in the aspects of optimizing both the industrial and the tariff structures, carrying out intensive management, implementing brand building, perfecting the legal system and developing the industrial clusters. |
