| 摘 要： | 宣钢新2号高炉（2 500 m3）配备3座内燃式热风炉,这3座热风炉采用了现代新型长寿技术,蓄热室内由下到上选用的耐火材料分别为红柱石格子砖、粘土格子砖、低蠕变格子砖、低蠕变高铝格子砖、硅质格子砖,结构稳定性好,下部火井和蓄热室隔墙结构设置合格,具备为高炉提供高风温的能力,取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | Three Cowper stoves are equipped to the new No.2 blast furnace of Xuan Steel.It is introduced the new modern technique and structure of the stove to prolong the work life: in regenerator the refractory materials used are different checker bricks,types of which from bottom to top are separately priderite,fireclay,low creep,low creep and high alumina,and siliceous.The structural stability of the stove is good,its construction of partition wall between lower fire cell and regenerator is reasonable.The stoves have ability to offer hot blow for blast furnace. |
