| 摘 要： | SPEC M8光谱仪由于性能稳定,分析准确、快速,广泛应用于成品或半成品的快速分析。采用Spark Analyzer 3.02A分析软件中多个光谱控样共用一个类型标准化程序中的方法,解决了一个类型标准化中用不同标样控制不同元素进行试样分析的问题,对该分析方法的优缺点进行了比较。

| Abstract: | With steady property,accurate and fast analysis SPEC M8 spectrometer is widely applied to fast analysis of products or semi-products.With the Spark Analyzer 3.02A software,it is solved the question to analyze samples with different standard samples to control different elements in one-type standardization.It is compared the merits and demerits of this method. |
