| 摘 要： | 随着瓶装液化石油气需求量的不断增长,焊接气瓶用钢的市场前景广阔,邯钢公司在分析对比Q345B热轧板化学成分、力学性能、工艺性能基础上,提出了HP345采用C+Mn+Ti+其它合金元素的成分设计,通过制定合理的冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺参数,邯钢2250生产线试生产的焊瓶钢HP345的各项性能指标均满足相关标准要求,目前完全具备了批量生产能力。

| Abstract: | The market of steel for welding gas bottle has a wide prospect along with the continuous increased demand for bottled liquefied petroleum gas.Based on the analysis of chemical component,mechanical property and technology performance of Q345B hot-rolling sheet,it is proposed in Han Steel a chemical component design of C plus Mn plus Ti plus other elements for HP345 steel.And with reasonable smelting,continuous casting and rolling technology parameters,the HP345 steel for welding gas bottle is trial-produced with 2250 production line in Han Steel.Its performance indexes all meet the concerned standards.And at present we have ability to produce it in batches. |
