摘    要:唐钢4#高炉(容积3 200 m3)通过抓原燃料质量、优化上下部制度、合理控制操作炉型,充分利用风温和富氧的优势,提高喷煤比、降低焦比,形成了较为完善的高强度冶炼措施,高炉指标稳步提升,高炉利用系数最高突破2.5 t/(m3.d),实现了长期稳定高效生产和节能降耗。

Abstract:In 4# blast furnace of Tang Steel,a relative perfect high-strength smelting system is built with measures:guaranteeing quality of raw and fuel materials,optimizing upper and lower parts system,reasonably controlling operation profile,fully utilizing the superiority of blowing temperature and rich oxygen,raising coal injection ratio,reducing coke rate.The blast furnace indexes get steadily raised,the highest utilization coefficient of blast furnace is over 2.5 t/(m3·d),a long-time steady high-efficiency production and energy-saving and consumption-reducing all realized.
