| 摘 要： | 针对宣钢公司4#高炉煤气洗涤循环水系统水泵工频运行,日常洗涤水量由阀门开度调节控制、供水量较大、供水电耗高、造成大量电能浪费的问题,在低压水泵处增加1套目标电耗节能控制系统及变频控制柜,对高压水泵的叶轮进行切削处理,改造后该系统每年的节电效益为36.3万元,为4#高炉提供了合格的煤气洗涤水,系统运行稳定可靠,取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems in gas washing circulation water system of 4# blast furnace of Xuan Steel：water pump operating under power frequency,daily washing water amount being regulated and controlled by valves,the water amount being to great,electric power consumption for water supply too high and wasted,it is reformed in the fields：a unit of target electric power consumption energy-saving control system and frequency control cabinet is added for low-pressure water pump,vane of high-pressure water pump is cut.After reformation the electric power saving benefit is 363 thousand yuans per year,qualified gas washing water is offered for 4# blast furnace,the system operates steady,good effect got. |
