摘    要:宣钢检修公司以精细化管理为契机,强化人力资源管理。检修公司结合宣钢的实际情况,按照"精简机构、科学匹配"的原则,对检修公司机构和人员进行跨区域专业化整合,对相关职能科室和车间的职责进行了重新分配和优化,使精细化管理迈上新的台阶,每年可为宣钢节约568.5万元。

Abstract:We take meticulous management as key chance to strengthen human resource management.Based on the actual situation of Xuan Steel,according to principle of "Streamline organization,Scientific match",we conduct over-region specialized integration for organizations and human of our company,redistribution and optimization for obligations of concerned functional departments and workshops,promote meticulous management up to a higher level,and save 5.685 million yuans per year for Xuan Steel.
