摘    要:分析烟气湿法脱硫中浆液密度高对吸收塔系统、浆液循环系统、氧化风系统、除雾器、烟气加热器以及石膏脱水系统等造成的损害,提出必须对吸收塔浆液密度进行有效的监测与控制,才能保证脱硫系统的高效、稳定运行。

Abstract:This essay analyzes the hazards of the high density of the slurry in the wet flue gas desulfurization to the absorption tower system, the slurry cyclic system, the oxidization blower system, the demister, the GGH and the gyp- sum dehydration system. It proposes that the slurry density of the absorption tower be effectively monitored and controlled to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the desulfurization system.
