摘    要:机械零件的磨损失效不仅造成大量的资源浪费,还给企业造成了巨大的经济损失。根据耐磨钢的性能要求,参考国内外有关资料设计了两种不同强度等级的马氏体耐磨钢。在实验室采用多道次变形工艺对设计钢种进行控制轧制和控制冷却,获得了单一细化的马氏体组织,为实际生产提供了技术参考。

Abstract:Abrasion of mechanical parts makes not only a large quantity of waste of source but also huge economic loss for business.Based on the performance requirement for abrasion-resistance steel,referring concerned information at home and abroad,two kinds of martensite abrasion-resistance steel with different strengths are designed.In laboratory the designed steel grades are controlled rolled and cooled with multi-passes deformation process,a single fined martensite structure got,and thus offered technical reference for practical production.
