| 摘 要： | 介绍了IE1158M钢的成分要求，详细阐述了石钢公司采用高碱度精炼渣、沉淀脱氧和扩散脱氧相结合的低氧钢生产工艺、稳定的硫及Ti／N控制技术、连铸坯低倍质量控制等工艺生产的履带销轴用1E1158M钢。各项质量指标均满足卡特彼勒公司履带销轴用钢要求。

| Abstract: | It is introduced the composition demand for 1E1158M steel for pin shaft of caterpillar,stated in detail the production process of it in Shi Steel: adopting high-basicity refined slag,low-oxygen steel production process combining precipitating deoxidation and diffusion deoxidation together,stable control technique of sulphur and Ti/N,microstructure quality control of continuous casting billet.Its quality indexes all meet the demand for steel for pin shaft of caterpillar from Caterpillar Company and customers. |
