硅锰合金中碳含量的红外吸收法测量不确定度评定

摘    要:对红外吸收法测定硅锰合金中碳含量的测定过程中不确定度的主要来源进行了识别,从被测样品的测量重复性、标准物质定值、校准曲线的变动性、称量等方面引入的不确定度分量进行了分析与合成,得出硅锰合金中碳含量测量结果不确定度表示为:c(C)=(1.553±0.019)%,k=2。

Abstract:It is distinguished the main sources of uncertainty in determination of carbon content in silicon - manganese alloy with infrared absorption method. It is analyzed and composed the components of uncertainty introduced from the following ways: determination repeatability of samples, regular value of standard substance, variability of standard curve, and weighing. The last uncertainty got can be showed as : c ( C ) = (1.553 .-0.019)%, k=2.
