摘    要:随着用户对低合金钢性能、纯净度要求越来越高,给钢水冶炼提出了更高要求。邯钢三炼钢厂利用现有设备,结合生产经验,采用炉外精炼和关键工艺控制过程,对脱硫、酸溶铝含量控制、窄成分控制、出站温度和夹杂物控制工艺进行了优化,成功开发了高级别低合金钢类钢种,增强了邯钢产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract:A higher demand for molten steel smelting is asked along with the requests from clients for better property and higher purity of low-alloy steel.In Han Steel with original equipments,based on our production experience,a new steel grade of high level low-alloy steel is successfully developed with measures:adopting secondary refining and key process control,controlling desulphurization and content of acid-soluble aluminum,narrow composition control,optimization of control process of out-station temperature and inclusion.
