摘    要:介绍了TRT可调静叶、洗涤塔环缝以及这两种调节装置对高炉炉顶压力的相互影响和相互制约关系,优化了TRT可调静叶调整程序,使高炉炉况、TRT工况稳定,高炉顶压波动由10 kPa下降到5kPa,吨铁发电量由最高30 kW.h提高到35 kW.h以上。

Abstract:It is introduced two regulating devices: TRT adjustable static fan and circular gap as well as their influence and restrict to roof pressure of blast furnace.The regulation program for TRT adjustable static fan is optimized,and so makes condition of blast furnace and TRT work condition be steady,change of roof pressure lowered from 10 kPa to 5 kPa,highest electricity generation per ton of iron increased from 30 kW.h to 35 kW.h.
