邯钢2250热轧生产线步进梁加热炉优化

摘    要:邯钢西区2250热轧生产线先后建成了4座加热炉,在加热炉的建设和生产过程中,充分消化吸收了先进技术。结合邯钢实际因地制宜,对炉体耐材、炉体孔洞、炉壳钢板厚度、板坯离开炉区的探测方式、出料到位光栅、反装功能等方面进行了改进和优化,使加热炉的功能更完备、性能更优越。

Abstract:In their construction and production,with fully digesting and absorbing advanced technologies,four heating furnaces of 2250 hot-rolling line of west-region of Han Steel are improved and optimized in many aspects:refractory material of furnace body,holes of body,steel board thickness of furnace shell,detecting mode of slab departing furnace,optical gratings to check discharging location,reversing load function and etc.
