宣钢工业废水处理系统优化研究

摘    要:钢铁企业是高耗水和工业废水排放大户,提高水的重复利用率、减少污水外排是企业保护水资源的重要任务。根据宣钢自身发展的要求,采用跨系统、跨地区过程优化与节水末端集中治理相结合的方法,对焦化酚氰废水进行了治理,研发了宣钢用水高效阻垢剂,确定了中水回用系统的最佳处理和回用方案。经过上述优化,宣钢实现了污水零排放。

Abstract:Iron and steel industry is one of the highest water consumers and one of the heaviest industrial waste water emitters.To raise repeating utilization factor of water and reduce waste water discharging out and so protect water source is an important task for business.In Xuan Steel the method is adopted to combine the process optimization when system coming over different systems or regions and centralized management at ends of water-saving,put coking phenol-cyanogen wastewater in order,developed high-efficiency scale inhibitor for water used in Xuan Steel,determined the best treating and reusing plan for grey water reuse system.Zero discharge of waster water is realized in Xuan Steel.
