摘    要:在实验室条件下,研究了烧结矿中FeO含量与固体燃料配比之间的关系,分析了FeO含量对烧结矿机械强度、粒度组成、低温还原粉化性能、还原性能、熔滴性能的影响,认为在唐钢目前原料条件下适宜的烧结矿中FeO含量应控制在7.9%~9.2%。

Abstract:Under the laboratory condition,the relation between FeO content in sinter and proportioning ratio of solid fuel is researched,the influence is analyzed of FeO content in sinter on its mechanical intensity,grain size distribution,powdering property of low-temperature reduction,reduction property,droplet property,considered the suitable content of FeO in sinter should be controlled within 7.9%~9.2% under the present raw material condition of Tang Steel.
