| 摘 要： | 综述了锌铝合金镀层材料的国内外发展现状,重点介绍了Galfan、Galvalume、ZAM、DYMAZINC、Zn-23%Al-0.3%Si、Super Dyma等锌铝合金镀层的结构、性能以及生产工艺特点。提出了锌铝合金镀层材料以其优异的耐腐蚀性以及良好的加工性能必将得到广泛应用,从而取代热镀纯锌产品。

| Abstract: | It is summarized the development situation of zinc-aluminum alloy plating coat at home and abroad;and as a emphases the structure,performance and production process feature of coats of Galfan,Galvalume,ZAM,DYMAZINC,Zn-23%Al-0.3%Si,Super Dyma etc.It is concluded that with good corrosion resistance and perfect working performance the coat must be widely applied and replace hot pure-zinc galvanizing. |
