丙烯酸酯类改性聚氨酯在棉织物涂层上的应用

摘    要:分别加入丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸羟乙酯或两者的混合体合成改性水性聚氨酯,并对棉织物涂层,在不同温度、时间及涂层量下,测试涂层棉织物抗水性、强力伸长率及透湿性表明:引入丙烯酸甲酯可提高涂层膜抗水性、增加涂层膜抗张强力;引入丙烯酸羟乙酯有利涂层膜透汽性,提高涂层膜断裂伸长率:适宜的工艺条件为140~150℃下交联1.5~2min。

Abstract:Aqueous polyurethanes were modified by adding methy/acrylate or hydroxyethy/acrylate or the mixture of the two and coated on cotton fabric. The water resistance,tensile strength and moisture permeability of different acrylates on coated fabric with their effect and the suitable process conditions were investigated.
