含氟聚酰胺酰亚胺自粘电磁线漆的合成与性能研究

摘    要:合成了一种新型含氟二胺单体2-三氟甲基-4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(3FODA),该单体具有较高的反应活性和溶解性。使用3FODA替代4,4'-二胺基二苯醚(ODA),与偏苯三酸酐(TMA)、二甲苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)通过两步法合成了含氟聚酰胺酰亚胺自粘电磁线漆。试验证明,含氟基团三氟甲基的引入明显提高了漆膜的柔韧性和附着力。

Abstract:A new diamine monomer contained fluorine 2-trifluoromethyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (3FODA) was synthesized, it has good solubility and high reactivity. Fluorine-containing polyamide-imide self-bonding magnet wire varnish were synthesized with 3FODA, TMA and MDI by two-step method. It showed that flexibility and adhesion of the paint film have been effectively improved by introducing of fluorine-containing group trifluoromethyl.
