某碳质微细粒金矿石提金工艺试验研究

摘    要:对某碳质微细粒金矿石研究采用预处理—氰化炭浸工艺,降低了矿石中碳质矿物活性,抑制了碳质矿物对已溶金吸附,使金浸出率达88.49%,活性炭对金的吸附率为99.71%。预处理—氰化炭浸金浸出率比直接氰化炭浸金浸出率提高5%以上。

Abstract:With pretreatment-CIL process,a certain kind of carbon-bearing micro-fine gold ore was treated,the adsorption activity of carbon materials in ore was reduced and the absorption of solvent gold by carbon material was restrained.As a result,the extraction rate of gold was 88.49%,the absorption rate of gold by activated carbon was 99.71%.With the new technique,the extraction rate of gold was enhanced by more than 5% than the former cyanidation CIL process.
