摘    要:介绍某输电塔横担断裂脱落事故,采用有限元方法对横担断裂进行了数值模拟,研究了塔在预设施工孔位吊装和在本次事故挂点吊装下的力学状态。将数值模拟结果与现场试验数据进行了比较,表明有限元方法能较好地模拟横担杆件屈曲失稳现象,施工挂点欠妥是本次事故的主要原因。提出了输电塔在导线起吊时应严格采用预设施工孔的建议。

Abstract:The cross arm breaking accident on a transmission tower is introduced and simulation using the Finite Element Method (FEM) is done. The mechanical performance of the tower under two cases of weightlifting, lifting with construction hole and lifting with cross arm brace, is studied. The comparison between simulation and site experimental shows that the FEM is effective to simulate the buckling of the cross arm. Without using construction hole correctly is the main reason for that caused accident. Advice of using construction hole strictly during wire lifting is proposed.
