我国成品油销售企业员工满意度实施的特点、问题及对策

摘    要:分析了我国成品油销售企业实施员工满意度(ESD)的内向性、员工主体性、领导主导性和可控性强的四个特点,指出了实施中应注意的四个问题,提出了确立理念、领导主导、员工参与和配套改革的对策,以确保我国成品油销售企业员工满意度顺利而有效地开展。
