镁合金压铸工艺参数的模拟与优化

摘    要:应用FLOW3D 9.2软件对AZ91D镁合金平面薄板件进行了模拟,对填充压力、温度、速度分布以及凝固情况进行了分析,找出了最佳的压铸参数条件,阐明了镁合金压铸过程遇到的缺陷问题,对压铸生产有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Flow3D 9.2 software was used to simulate an AZ91D magnesium alloy plane sheet,in which the filling pressure,temperature,velocity distribution and solidification were analyzed and an optimal die-casting parameter condition was obtained.Some defect problems occurred during the casting process of magnesium alloy were also illustrated.
