弱磁性矿物颗粒在外磁场中的疏水絮凝

摘    要:本文讨论了外磁场中弱磁性矿物粒子的疏水絮凝现象,作者称之为复合絮。试验结果表明,它比单一的疏水絮凝和磁絮凝强烈得多,作者对外磁场中诱导菱锰矿疏水颗粒间总作用势能进行了计算,并讨论了外磁场中疏水絮凝的影响因素。计算结果表明,单一的外磁场不能形成强烈絮凝,它可以强化疏水絮凝过程,外磁场的作用在于减小以至消除疏水颗粒间总相互作用势能的能垒,从而使絮团过程更容易产生,这正好与试验结果相吻合。

Abstract:The flocculation phenomenon of fine hydrophobic particles in external magnetic field,or socalled hydrophobic and magnetic combined flocculation have been studied.The mineral samples used in this work were rhodochrosite and siderite.The experimental results showed that the combined flocculation is much stronger than the hydrophobic or magnetic flocculation alone.The potential energy of interaction between rhodochrosite particles in combined flocculation was calculated.And the effect of external magnetic field on hydrophobic flocculation was discussed.The results of calculation showed that though a magnetic field alone does not cause a strong flocculation,it can markedly enhance the flocculation of hydrophobic particles in aqueous solution,and the intensifying action of magnetic field is reducing or even eliminating the potential energy barrier of interaction between hydrophobic particles and therefore making particles more easy flocculation at the primary energy minimum.The results of calculation were in good accordance with the experimental results.
