铅铜矿石分离新工艺研究

摘    要:以甘肃省天祝县铅铜矿石为研究对象,详细考查了方铅矿和硫化铜矿物(黄铜矿和斑铜矿)的浮游性,筛选出了有效分离铅铜的组合调整剂,同时对比了四种铅铜矿石分离方案的优缺点,制定了以组合调整剂(Gan-1+Gan-2+Gan-3)为基础的铅铜分离新工艺。这种新的铅铜分离法适于处理铜矿物以斑铜矿为主的铅铜矿石。

Abstract:The floatability of galena and copper sulphide (chalcopyrite and bornite) in Tianzhu lead copper ore was investigated in detail. A special combined modifier for selective lead and copper separation is opted. The advantage and drowback of the four processes for lead and copper separation were compared.A new technology of lead and copper separation with the combined modifier (modifier Gan-1 Gan-2 Gan-3) was proposed. The new process of lead and copper separetion is suitable for treatment of lead copper ore in wich bornite is dominant copper mineral.
