磁种分离技术在煤系高岭土提纯中的应用

摘    要:本文较详细介绍了磁种分离技术在煤系高岭土这一新领域的应用研究。研究了分散剂种类及用量、磁种种类及用量、矿浆pH等对脱除煤系高岭土中铁、钛杂质矿物的影响。结果得出,对于铁、钛杂质主要为无磁性或磁性很弱的矿物,如褐铁矿、赤铁矿、黄铁矿、钛铁矿、金红石等且呈微细粒嵌布的煤系高岭土,采用磁种(天然细磨磁铁矿或人造铁氧体)分离工艺,煤系高岭土中Fe2O3和TiO2的脱除率可达40%~50%,较单纯进行高梯度磁选提高30%~40%以上。有效地解决了常规选矿方法较难实现的煤系高岭土的提纯问题。

Abstract:The application of magnetic seeding separation process in refining kaolinite containing coal has been studied.The effect of dispersants and their amount,magnetic seeds and their amount,pulp pH on the removal of the iron and titanium impurities from the kaolinite containing coal has been investigeted.The results showed that for removing iron and titanium impurities from the kaolinite in which the iron and titanium minerals are mainly very weekly paramagnetic minerals such as limonite,hematite,ilmenite phyrrhotite,rutile and fine disseminated the magnetic seeding separation process is more effective than high gradient magnetic separation,the removal rate of Fe 2O 3 and TiO 2 can increase from about 10% with high gradient magnetic separation to 40%-50% with magnetic seeding separation.
