低温电解渗硼的工艺及性能研究

摘    要:以硼酐为主,加入少量冰晶石和氟硼酸钾的盐浴具有流动性好、渗速快等优点。渗硼层的厚度随电解时间的延长而缓慢增加,随电流密度的升高呈直线增加。X射线衍射分析表明,在低温条件下,渗硼层的组织主要由FeB和Fe2B组成。动力学分析证明,低温渗硼的决定性因素仍是扩散。

Abstract:The salt bath based boric anhydride mainly with the addition of a little cryolite and potassium fluoroborate has advantages of good fluidity and rapid rate of permeation The thickness of boronized layer increases gradually with increasing electrolytic time and increases directly with rising of current density X-ray diffraction data show that the micro structure of the boronized layer is composed of FeB and Fe 2B phases under the condition of low temperature Dynamic analysis shows that decisive factor of boronizing at low temperature is still diffusion
