水库周边地区“岩溶浸没———内涝”灾害研究

水库周边“岩溶浸没－－内涝”现象是水利水电建设的环境问题之一。本文以红水河岩滩水电站库区的内涝为典型事例，分析了产生岩溶浸没内涝的主要原因和形成条件，归纳了“降雨、管道、水库”三要素。指出对水库“岩溶浸没－－内涝”问题研究工作须进一步加强，并强调调查、观测、模拟试验等工作的重要性。

A Study on Waterlogging Disasters by Karst Swamp around the Reservoir

Waterlogging of karst swamp around the reservoir is one of the environmental issues in hydraulic and hydropower construction. Such phenomenum has taken place in some reservoirs since 1980s, causing economic losses to a certain extent. It is urgent to find out a way for its improvement. Taking the waterlogging in the reservoir area of Yantan Hydropower Station on the Hongshui River as a typical example, this paper analyzes the major causes and formation conditions for waterlogging of karst swamp.Three essential factors as rainfall, pipeline and reservoir have been concluded. The paper points out that the study on waterlogging of karst swamp should be further strengthened and emphasizes the importance of investigation, observation and scale down test.
